The Waters Productions crew visited the venue in advance of the event to see the room and plan an appropriate system. In this instance, both lighting and sound was required. On the night, a team of four riggers attended to ensure that the setup was installed quickly and efficiently. With just two hours before the event was due to start and a large set up to install, the team assigned dedicated tasks to each rigger to improve our performance.

Waters Productions took extra care as usual to install the system.

Waters Productions provided lectern, lapel and handheld microphones, along with a digital mixing console for pristine sound quality. Due to the strict requirements of the hotel, Waters Productions took extra care as usual to install the system. Once rigged, a thorough sound check was undertaken as usual to eliminate any problematic frequencies in the room.

A technician was present for the duration of the event to operate the microphones.

Cables were run discreetly to make sure they were not visible to the guests. To ensure the VIP guest speaker was visible to everyone in the room, two spot lighting kits were rigged and directed towards the lectern. The backdrop was lit using lighting cans set to blue/white to match the Odgers Berndtson branding. A technician was present for the duration of the event to operate the microphones.

Three roaming microphones were provided for an in depth question and answer session between guests and the main speaker. After the successful night came to a close, guests approached the staff at Odgers Berndtson to show gratitude for the excellent sound quality that was experienced.
